David brings a fresh perspective, proven methods, and measurable results to his clients. He works with business owners and managers to analyze potential opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions. David was trained in the principals of Lean Manufacturing in 1997 and has utilized these principals to produce outstanding results for multiple companies. Before co-founding Steller Solutions, he served as Plant Manager for two major window manufacturing plants on the West Coast. David has been in management over 15 years and is known for his ability to build great teams. His infectious enthusiasm motivates others to succeed, and he is recognized as a leader who inspires leadership in those around him. He is recognized for a proactive focus and ability to plan, achieve and measure results.

David received his MBA from Pacific Lutheran University and his Bachelor of Arts from Covenant College. He lives in Woodinville, Washington with his wife and 3 daughters. He enjoys outdoor recreation, fitness and playing with his family.

Julia's passion is to come alongside individual business owners and managers, to make their visions a reality.  A personal trainer for businesses, she brings her clients the tools and knowledge needed to create and implement a plan of success. Her clients work with her to develop habits that help them thrive in their careers, and enjoy long-term business health. Before co-founding Steller Solutions, Julia worked as an Aerospace Engineer at the Boeing Company for nearly 9 years. She was influential in coordinating several key projects, including the 737-700 Flight Loads Survey, a multi-million dollar key in the airplane certification process. Throughout her career, Julia has enjoyed success within large corporations, small start-ups and non-profit organizations. She is known for excellent technical and interpersonal skills, strong project management skills, and a drive to deliver results.

Julia has a Masters of Engineering Management from Washington State University and a Bachelors of Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. She lives in Woodinville, Washington with her husband and 3 daughters. She is an active member of her community and volunteers in local schools. She and her family enjoy participating in Redeemer Redmond Church.
